INTRODUCTION
A solid career plan that can provide a road map for your future is essential. Therefore, career planning plays a very important role in one's life.
Thus, the University has decided to facilitate necessary guidelines for its graduates to plan their career paths. Accordingly, the Centre for Strategic Planning & University Statistics of the University of Kelaniya is collecting information from fresh graduates regarding their employment experiences.
Furthermore, this data collection focuses on assessing the employability of the graduates and explores the graduates' opinions on opportunities and obstacles to seeking employment. The University will use this information for future changes and improvements in the degree programs.
Your answers will be confidential and will not be issued to a third party. The collected information will be used only for the stated institutional purpose.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please fill out this survey form only if you are a graduate belonging to the 2017/18 proper batch (General degree only) or the 2016/17 proper batch (Special/ Honors degree only). Please do not fill out the form if you do not belong to the above two batches.
2. The questionnaire will take no more than 10 minutes to submit the data.
3. You are requested to submit the data only one time. Please do not submit your data twice.
4. Please save the Response ID Number you receive via email upon the successful submission of information for later official work.
5. Contact the CSPS office via email if you find any difficulty in submitting data.

තවද, මෙම දත්ත එකතුව මගින් උපාධිධාරීන්ගේ රැකියා නියුක්තිය තක්සේරු කිරීම කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කරන අතර රැකියා සෙවීමට ඇති අවස්ථා සහ බාධාවන් පිළිබඳව උපාධිධාරීන්ගේ අදහස් ගවේෂණය කරයි. උපාධි පාඨමාලා වල අනාගත වෙනස්කම් සහ වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම් සඳහා මෙම තොරතුරු විශ්ව විද්‍යාලය විසින් භාවිතා කරනු ඇත.
ඔබගේ තොරතුරු රහසිගත වන අතර තෙවන පාර්ශවයකට නිකුත් නොකෙරේ. උක්ත තොරතුරු ආයතනික අරමුණු සඳහා පමණක් භාවිතා කෙරේ.
උපදෙස්
1. ඔබ 2017/18 නියමිත කණ්ඩායමට (සාමාන්‍ය උපාධිය පමණක්) හෝ 2016/17 නියමිත කණ්ඩායමට (විශේෂ/ ගෞරව උපාධිය පමණක්) අයත් උපාධිධාරියෙක් නම් කරුණාකර මෙම සමීක්ෂණ පෝරමය පුරවන්න. ඔබ ඉහත කණ්ඩායම් දෙකට අයත් නොවේ නම් පෝරමය පිරවීම අවශ්‍ය නොවේ .
2. ප්‍රශ්නාවලියට දත්ත ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට මිනිත්තු 10කට වඩා ගත නොවේ.
3. දත්ත එක් වරක් පමණක් ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලෙස ඔබෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටිමු. කරුණාකර ඔබගේ දත්ත දෙවරක් ඉදිරිපත් නොකරන්න.
4. ඔබගේ තොරතුරු ඇතුලත් කිරීම අවසන්සු වූ පසු ඔබ ලබාදෙන විද්‍යුත් තැපැල් ලිපිනයට ප්‍රතිචාර අංකයක් යොමු කරන අතර එය පසුකාලීන රාජකාරී කටයුතු සඳහා සුරැකිව තබා ගන්න.
5. දත්ත ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමේදී ඔබට කිසියම් දුෂ්කරතාවයක් ඇත්නම් CSPS මධ්‍යස්ථානය අමතන්න.
